Helping people find a renewed sense of purpose and focus in mid life

Middle age is a time for transformation.  Many people want to increase their levels of personal and professional satisfaction but don't know how. Physically and mentally many midlifers feel stuck or find themselves repeating the same patterns for lack of a better alternative.  Lots of questions, few good answers.

A sampling of some familiar midlife questions:

  • Kids are gone. What's my focus now? What's my life purpose?

  • Is my job still fulfilling? Is it holding me back? What do I really want to be doing?

  • Menopause and other body changes are disrupting my life. How am I managing?  Where's my energy?

  • My parents require more care.  What does this mean for me?

  • What will my relationship with my spouse or partner look like in mid life?

  • Am I ready to retire? What am I going to do in retirement?

Those questions and many others can lead to lots of frustration and little fun.  If  you're feeling stuck in your current situation and don't have all of the answers you want or need, you are not alone.

The steps to find true life transformation can seem daunting.  Is it really possible?   There are so many day to day patterns, issues and routines that many people  have created and follow.  They realize something needs to change, but often don't know the "what" or the  "how."

The fact that you are here indicates that you may be ready for something more.

The right midlife coach can help you get unstuck and empower you to be who you want to be.
